Rude Boys Gang (modular characters for a sidescroller)

This is a set of characters for a sidescroller RPG videogame. Each character is put together randomly from a pool of components, has dynamically adjustable body shape (morphing between skinny, fat and muscular targets). Component types are: Body, skin, hair, facial hair, facial paint, tattoos, glasses, mask, headgear, top, bottom, baggage, left wrist, right wrist. Each component has also multitude of material variants.
I made or modified 99% of stuff pictured, except for faces and 3d hair.
